Reading out of print books not on Kindle

I'm looking to read and not own an out of print book. The book is an older Dr WHO story that is listed on amazon/ebay for $30.00+ for used condition paperback. Is there a website where out of print books are out there for people to read. The books are not on kindle. thanks

OOP doesn't mean out of copyright. I'd scope the used bookshops. Also, give us the title--maybe someone has it.
