Just finished the last Wheel of Time novel and would love to toss one of the rings the Bloodknives have into a game I'm running. Here's what I'm thinking:
+4 STR (untyped)
+4 DEX (untyped)
+10' move speed
+10 Stealth
-1 CON every 24 hours worn. Cannot be healed save through the use of a wish or miracle spell.
-1 CON every 3 days if removed. Cannot be healed save through the use of a wish or miracle spell.
Yes, I know this will kill the wearer at lower levels. That's somewhat the point. Is there anything I'm missing or anything that should be altered?

ok I gotta ask (since I never read the books), what reason (in character) would someone put one of these rings on? The ring would kill even the most optimized character in a year, assuming they were built for con, leveled up crazy fast, and took the ring off immediately. If I were to do it differently I would have the persons Con score cut in half when worn, and borrow the addiction rules for drugs for it. This is just a suggestion of course, though I very interested in the direction of this.

Hard to discuss this with out saying spoilers. Flagged for spoilers.(yeah people should know to keep out just based on your title).
The rings should stack so you can use multiple
I think something like "improved blend" an improved invisibility with less bonus to stealth.
Maybe a mind blank effect too.
Or just +2 to AC, attack, damage, reflex that stacks if you wear two
We don't know the long term effects, using it to much will definitely kill you though. Con drain may be appropriate, I'm sure an aes sedai could heal someone who used it.
