The Restless Hunger trait from GoG reads:
Restless Hunger (Venkelvore): If you have a piece of food (or something a goblin might consider food), you can quickly eat it as part of a charge attack once per day. Doing so increases your speed by 10 feet for 1 round.
I'm curious what the extent of this is. I'd assume potions would not count as food in this situation since the rules tend to single out potions in draw/use situations (e.g. Quick Draw), but what about alcohol? Would this trait allow me to drink while charging to fuel drunk-powers like Boasting Taunt or Drunken ki? Lord knows goblins like their drinks.

I Am assuming you have a Goblin Race Boon?
But on Food, your answer will vary per GM. Some including myself will consider Food to be Food. Food is fairly self explanatory.
Potion Is not Food.
To me Alcohol or any Drinks are not Food, but for other GMs they may be.

No, I don't have the race boon. I was thinking worshipping Venkelvore and taking the Adopted trait would allow it. I don't know how racial faith traits work though; are they racial traits - and thus Adopt-able - or are they faith traits - and thus rely on deity only?
In either case, the real question was if alcohol powers had any synergy with the trait RAW. Or, I suppose, if goblins consider alcohol to be food.

Ah, well then the Answer does not matter when it comes to PFS.
Because Additional Resources says the following about Goblins of Golarion
To create a goblin character, you must have a Chronicle sheet that opens the race as a legal option at character creation. Only legal goblin PCs are allowed to choose anything from this book.
So you can't take the trait because you are not a Goblin. So you know there are only a little over 30 players that have a Goblin Boon and you most likely never see another boon for goblins again.
Good news though Venkelvore is a legal choice of a deity as long as you have the source which is Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Gods and Magic. Be also aware to follow Venkelvore you have to have the alignment of Neutral.
