As part of a New Year's resolution, I vowed to create something that might have some value to others. Free stuff can still have value, right?
Since I'm a GM that occasionally likes to write stuff, an adventure to make use of the new Bones miniatures seemed like a good place to start.
The Fall of Fairhaven is a Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Compatible Adventure that uses a fair number of miniatures from the Vampire Pledge level rewards from Reaper Miniatures' recent Kickstarter. Rushing to the aid of a small town that finds itself without defenders in the wake of a natural disaster, players will find their mettle tested against those that think Fairhaven is vulnerable.
You can download it at Heroes' Rest.

Interesting. I know a fair number of pathfinder players jumped on the bones kickstarter. And while I usually dont worry if i have all he right minis for a given adventure, it might be interesting to have an adventure where I have the perfect mini for every bit of it. Just need to get my order and get painting first...

A very solid offering Brian. All the resources are provided in a clear and concise manner - the plot is fully-fleshed without becoming overwrought - the disparate plot elements actually mesh well and the pacing of the siege works well. Ymial is a great name and a great villain - the foreshadowing of the army's movements via the initial encounters and the harpy scout give rise to notions of a bestial warhost led by a demonic warrior.
All in all I liked this a lot - nice layout, great art, clear hand-drawn maps. Thank you for creating this and maling it freely available. I can't wait for me Reaper minis to grace this adventure...

Thanks for the critique Oceanshieldwolf! As this is the first adventure I've written out fully, I'm very interested to hear constructive feedback, good or bad.
Putting together the different elements to make use of a wider variety of the available miniatures was one of the most rewarding parts of writing this, and I'm glad you liked the result!

Downloaded! I have not had a chance to read through it yet. However, I did glance through. I enjoyed the insertion of pictures of the minis that you used. After glancing through, I went back to the kickstarter page to look at what is coming in the mail...
That's a LOT of minis that will be arriving on my doorstep! I may try to run this as a one shot just to play with a bunch of them.
