Dungeon #143 in pdf / download format?

I'm looking to buy a soft copy of Dungeon #143, but it doesn't appear to be available. Is that the case, or am I just blind?

I was able to buy #105, and I mistakenly got #139 (thinking it was #143 since it was listed in the sidebar), so I'm hoping that my stupidity extends to not being able to see where to get #143.

Paizo never sold PDF versions of the last eleven issues of "Dungeon" magazine because Wizards of the Coast pulled the licenses to print the "Dungeon" and "Dragon" magazines back in 2006. This included the right to sell the print magazines in PDF format (even though the licenses to print the magazines didn't expire until 2007).
