Skull and shackles book 3 there was a Dusk Kamadan in the book, it's actually str in the OGC is 1 point higher, and it's actual Con is also 2 points higher. Was this a typo, and should I use the OGC write up over the book?
Also it's listed as a CR 6, in the OGC it's listed as a CR 5.
I also need to know what level cohort rating it get's. The PC is level 12. And want's to know what it's CR should be for cohort status.

I based my decisions below off the Dragonne Cohort rating of 10
Dragonne in Knights of the Inner Sea is a 10th lvl cohort mount,
Dragonne is CR 7 (9 HD by itself)
The Shimmerae is a special Female Dusk Kamadan (dusk kamadans according to Bestiary 3 Page: 158 is a CR4 +1 CR Dusk Kamadan which already includes the advanced template in it at a CR 5 on the PFSRD, its CR in the adventure path is CR 6. Tempest Rising.
based on this I decided to guess at it being a Cohort Rating of 9.
If someone can better explain the ins and out of what made that decision process like oh i dont know MR James Jacobs or the author of the Adventure path: Matthew Goodall it would greatly be appreciated.
What should its cohort rating be and is this the correct statistics of the Shimmerae
