How many are there and where?

"Ashes at Dawn" and "Rule of Fear" state that the Havenguard Lunatic Asylum serves as a Lodge. "Seekers of Seekers" says it is the Vodavani Lodge. "Ashes/Rule" makes no mention of Vodavani. "Seekers" makes no mention of Havenguard. Both are supposedly in Caliphas. So.... which is it?

Is there a lodge in Lepistadt? With the University there, one would think the society would have some sort of presence there as well.

Grand Lodge

As far as I'm aware, there is only the one in Caliphas. That is interesting that you found that... I forgot to check Seeker of Secrets.

Since Rule of Fear is the most recent source on Ustalav, I would go with that one. Seeker of Secrets was written before the country was really fleshed out. So, I'm inclined to go with Rule of Fear's entry.

Well, if Havenguard Lunatic Asylum serves "as a lodge" in Caliphas, and there's a lodge in Caliphas named the Vodavani Lodge, then perhaps the lodge at Havenguard Lunatic Asylym is the Vodavani Lodge. One could be the fraternal lodge name, and the other could be the location name. They don't need to be in conflict.
