I'm sorry to hear about the damage your books arrived with. I've set up a replacement for the damaged books to your sidecart to be shipped to you with your next subscription shipment. If you could send a picture or two of the damages to customer.service@paizo.com we'd greatly appreciate it. We like to document damages products receive during transit.
Your copy of Complete Advanced Feats was cancelled previously because we were unable to fulfill it. We sent you a confirmation email on February 20th letting you know that we were unable to fulfill the item and inquiring if you would prefer we refund you for it in Paizo Store Credit or with a direct refund to the payment method used for the order.
