Do my players have to sign up for my game online?

I made an event. Got the Chronicle number. Now, do my players have to sign up for the event online? And how do I, after the senario, update their character online?

If you are referring to the online Paizo.com Event system, there is no way for players to "sign up" for an event. After the event you go to your "My PFS" page and click on the coordinator tab. Then click on "report" next to the event you created. You can enter the results for your tables on that page.

Many coordinators implement a local website for player sign ups. Sites such as Warhorn or Meetup make this relatively easy. But usually coordinators are happy to seat walk-ins if they have room.
