I just want to check why is the order still pending. Usually the items were shipped and my card is charge prior to the public PDF download date. Thanks.
I just checked your subscription order and it doesn't appear that anything should be holding it up. I flagged it to be shipped as soon as possible just incase, and you should receive a confirmation email as soon as it ships.
