Find that trait

I'm looking for a trait. It's the one where you can have the same bonus as favored class bonus. Now i believe it's a trait could be a feat not sure. Now i've spent the last couple of hours combing the old threads for it but haven't found it yet.

Are you talking about getting two favored classes?

Half-elves have a racial trait that does that. Otherwise, I think it's a feat in the Core Book.

What do you mean by "you can have the same bonus as favored class bonus"? I don't know what you're looking for.

Are you talking about Toughness, the feat that gives you +1HP per level? If you normally spend all your favored class bonuses on HP then I could see describing Toughness as "you can have the same bonus as favored class bonus", but that's just a shot in the dark.

Can you be more specific about what it does?

He's talking about a feat I believe that grants him both the +1 HP and +1 Skill Point from your favored class. I have it on one of my characters, but don't have access to them here at work.

Edit: Ninja'd and yes Fast Learner is the one I'm thinking of.

Sorry, that's the first thing that came to mind when I read the title.

Andrew, how has that feat worked out for you? Is it just so so? Very good? I was debating it myself since I'm taking multiple classes and bonus HP would be useful.

It's basically toughness, if you were planning on taking extra Skill Points anyways. I like it, but I may be a bit biased because it's the prereq to my favourite feat tree yet.

Basically I think my guy is 4th level now? He has 4 extra HP or 4 extra Skill Points depending on which way you are bending.

And sometimes you just want that extra skill point per level, you know?

How would he be different if you had instead taken Toughness and then selected +1 skill rank for your FCB at every level?

He'd have Toughness instead of Fast Learner

Thing is, you could potentially take both feats, and get +2 HP per level and +1 skill point per level.

Fast Learner is also a prerequisite for Improvisation, which can be fantastic for some classes.
