Interesting, especially the giant goblin. How does one do that mechanically under the rules?

Simply add the simple giant creature template from the Bestiar. Very handy for chiefs, battle champions etc.!

Do you have fat goblins that send their minions to steal grain from the village so they've got more HP when you meet them in their lair? Said fat goblins are often fond of torturing prisoners and have a knockback ability.
