Order #2438963 - running late

Hi,

my orders usually take about two to three weeks to reach me. This one has been shipped four weeks ago, so there seems to be a chance that it might be lost. (I wondered when recieving the mail about the next order being shipped - usually, the prior order has reached me by that time). I´ll give it another week to arrive, as the maximum span of 36 days will be reached then. Are more orders than usual running late, or is it just me?

Customer service hasn't seen any overarching trends of delayed orders. Keep in mind the estimated transit time is 36 business days which puts the end of the estimate at about April 3rd. Definitely let us know if it doesn't arrive, but we do need to wait until the full estimate is up .

Well, still nothing yet. I guess it´s lost. I will wait until the weekend for good measure, the easter holidays may have mixed up things. But after next weekend, I will consider it lost.

I've gone ahead and put a replacement in with your next subscription shipment. In the mean time, let us know if the original package arrives. You should also check with your local postal delivery service to see if they are holding any packages for you.

thank you very much. I´ll see if it still arrives. I have my packages delivered to an automated pick-up station, so there is no chance that the local post office holds anything, as these are separate services. I normally get a message if there is a new package in. But I´ll ask nevertheless.

Well, the following order arrived yesterday, safe and sound. I think there is no chance that the original order still arrives. My inquiries led to nothing.


The replacements and the current order (up to Reign of Winter #3) arrived today. So, everything is fine for me right now. Thanks again for replacing stuff so generously.
