Some boons on Chronicle sheets

Are there any chronicle sheet boons that grant skill specializations? I'm specifically looking for linguistics and disable device, but I'd be curious about any chances to expand my skill list as a rage prophet.

The Student of Runes convention boon grants Linguistics specialization along with another modest benefit. There are also at least a few other convention-style boons and a handful of faction-related boons found in the Pathfinder Society Field Guide that grant specialization in other skills, though Disable Device is not among the skills highlighted.

Mostly you can use a feat to get more traits that give you more skills.
