Reporting the Playing-For-Fun guy

When reporting the results of a scenario/module and one of the players had already played and sat at the table a second time for fun or to fill a table. Do I report that guy with his character number on the website?

Nope, leave them off. If you put them on it, it will give you an error saying that they've already gotten credit for the adventure.
