Hi. Is any shipping info or a tracking number or postage/shipping reference number available on this shipment?

I have been told by my local post office sorting and delivery office that they think they have lost a parcel somewhere between the office and delivering it to me; and that an international (US) parcel may be involved - I am trying to work out what may have gone missing so I can let them know.

Unfortunately we are not able to track international shipments. The estimate on this for shipping is 9=36 business days. If your post office is able to say conclusively that they lost the package, let me know and we can get a replacement set up now. Otherwise, we need to wait for the 36 business days (roughly April 8th) to be up before shipping a replacement.

The post office have confirmed thay have lost/cannot find an item - and I think it is this shipment (as it is the only shipment from the US I am missing from any store/seller, and the missing item has a US shipping number). If you need to make a claim for cost of missing items I can forward scanned copies of their correspondence if it will help.

The missing shipment has just turned up - packaging a bit the worse for wear after its rather extended travels, but contents intact. Please cancel the replacments.
