Don't think I've heard of a PF version, but that's probably because it seems to work almost perfectly well as written.
To adapt to Pathfinder:
1) Switch the hit die from d4 to d6, like all 3.5 to PF conversions.
2) Change the save progression to that used for the Loremaster, to reflect the general change for 3.5 to PF conversions of prestige classes.
2) Switch out Concentration and Decipher Script as class skills for Fly and Linguistics.
