I mean really...I saw my own portable reactor in a dream
Mine was a small esky with three sections: End sections with thermocouples lined up (each side) with the fuel rods(coiled plutonium wires) in three glass test tubes in the midsection and the whole thing in a clear liquid I assume was heavy water (but might just as well be salt water).
Mind you it could have also been Josephson junctions waiting for plutonium to cease to exist and form a zero mass element with a acceleration of NOT g. In which case it is a dark energy reactor... :)
