I'm running behind here, but I seemed to have missed a critical piece of communication.
I pledged $105.00, but it was $5.00 to the MMO and $100.00 to get the book upgrade.
I do not seem to have ANY communication asking to confirm or explain this and it looks like the books are shipping.
Help please!

The books that are shipping were the books for the first Kickstarter - the tech demo. The Emerald Spire hardback isn't due for a while; I think they had a target date of early 2014.

Anyways, if it is the second kickstarter, do not fret. They haven't done the fulfillment system or whatever it is.

Goblinworks have posted two updates on the Pathfinder Online kickstarter page letting us know where they stand regarding the fulfillment system.
If your issue is with the recently completed kickstarter which contained the Emerald Spire megadungeon (this kickstarter ended on January 14, 2013), then there has indeed been some communicaion. If you haven't received any of the two updates via email, I suggest you check out your spam filter or your Kickstarter settings.
As the others have said, the products that've been shipping out lately are for the first Pathfinder Online kickstarter which wrapped up on June 8, 2012 and the product in question is the Thornkeep sourcebook and any supplementary products associated with that kickstarter.
The Emerald Spire megadungeon is far from finished at this point and it won't be for quite a while yet. So nothing from that kickstarter has been shipped yet.
