As current, no. Using Prestige points gets you a single item. You can get a scroll with multiple castings of a single spell on it because it is still just one scroll. Each dose of poison is its own item.
Once per session, you can acquire any single item of
this cost or less from your faction by spending the
appropriate PP. Items purchased this way are worth 0 gp
and cannot be sold.

Then you'd have a bag (1 item) and Poisons (1+ items.)
*Arrows come with quivers, but one must question the sanity of the Seeker who owns 12 quivers. "Hey, they came free with the arrows!"
They're disposable like six pack holders, right? (do they still sell six packs?)

Druids everywhere clamor for change in the Society. "No more Quivers!" "They're filling the Landfills!" "They only need one!" "Psuedodragons are killed every day by wasteful fletchers!"
can I only get 1 arrow if I spend prestige on it?
If you can find a PFS-legal arrow for 750gp or less. :P (I think some Chronicle Sheets have some magic arrows in quantities of less than 5, so this might count if you buy one.)
