Whenever I tinker around with builds for a bard as battle-leader, I keep looking for some way to pull my allies into the action. One guy shouting encouraging battle cries is very nice, but having a whole adventuring party shouting or chanting should be even more impressive. And having an entire army singing a war-song...
Is there any mechanic for this, Paizo or 3PP? Or should I try to come up with something myself? Does anyone have interesting ideas for how this could be done, and what the benefits might be?
I'd take a look at something like WarPath, and then allow units with bards to affect wide areas of the table.
