Lets talk about all those old recipes that haven't been seen for a century.
'Blackjack' was a colour and flavour made from overcaramelization of sugar to the point where carbon formed from the separation of hydrogen and oxygen and then had to be reintegrated with some boiling water. So you could have Blackjack Ice cream and candies (Actual black ice cream and candies).
'Candy-apple' was made by mixing caramel (possibly even blackjack) with apple cider.
