so most of my questions about them are spoilerific.
paradox ensues and my mind explodes.
not an 8 due to damage from putting on / taking off the masks. (which... if they're doing the ritual once a week, they'd maybe have 1 point of damage, and be healed up the rest of the time from the ability damage?)
also, ironbriar
irked because if the PCs take the clue, and show up at midnight on an oathday. they're MORE likely to encounter them in surprise, and he won't have been pre-buffed.
(does his mask not reduce charisma ?)
oh and weapons
edit: nevermind. just realized why the cultists have 1d4+2 and ironbriar just has 1d6. they're using slashing weapons and get the mask's benefits. he's using a piercing weapon and not. ok. that makes a little more sense to me. though it still feels like a waste of a feat, for a +1 to damage on 3rd level goons vs. 7th level characters. i'd rather just have them be a sect of norgorbian's that have favored weapon: war razor instead of short sword =P
::end rant::

You could also just modify the masks so they give a bonus to stabbity weapons (makes sense) and arm them with short swords instead.
Personally I rewrote the cultists. There were a couple rogue/clerics, but we also had a rogue/barbarian, a bard, a magus, and so forth. After all, why should they ALL be clerics?
