I would clarify RtFM's comment by saying you can identify what is PFS legal by visiting http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/about/additionalResources.

Drugs as you describe above are found in the Game Mastery Guide (or alternatively here http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/mastery/drugsAndAddiction.html). Since that is not listed as an additional resource (unless I missed it), it would not be PFS legal.
