A few days out from the show and still recovering (that means it was a great time). Just wanted to again thank all the judges and volunteers who make a show like this possible. Things went smoothly and great (other then me printing a wrong time on the judge schedules - first time in 10 years so you guys are good for another decade at least). I hope everybody else had as much fun as I did and hope to see you all again next year.

I had a great weekend. Drank way too much, but that's what cons are for, right?
More importantly, my kids had a blast. And that's more than enough for me to be happy.
Impressed that PFS's first appearance at Winter Fantasy produced PFS's first lady 5 star GM.
Sad that so many people got sick during and after the con. Since neither me nor the kids are sick I figure it's cos everyone else wore too much clothing :)
Thanks Dave for opening the show up to more systems.
Hope we can all do it again next year

It was great seeing both dogs and cats (LFR and PFS) living together, in harmony and with no mass hysteria. Seriously, it is good for our hobby to get gamers of all types together. We saw many players enjoy both systems and everyone was polite. Excellent, and I look forward to seeing all my PFS friends at the next Winter Fantasy.

As I was out for a jog earlier today, I took some time to reflect on Winter Fantasy-- specifically the one, minor thing that I did not like about the convention. It was damn hard to earn a boon, much more so than at PaizoCon or GenCon. Between myself and three friends, only one of us acquired one boon all weekend long. :-(
I think it would be great in years future if everyone at a table (DM included) earned a token. Maybe 1-2 tokens could be traded for a randomly determined boon. Even better, maybe 3-4 tokens could be traded for a boon of choice.
My thoughts.
