Making Renamon

I've been enjoying an archive binge of Digimon Tamers the last couple days, and since I've been trying to come up with a new character to start applying some GM credits to, I thought I'd set a little challenge for some flavorful fun and try to create Renamon(the female fox digimon), in such a way that she gets her "digivolutions" as she levels. Here is a wiki page for her.

Obviously, I'd be starting with a Kitsune. A Sorcerer, or better yet, Oracle, seems like the right mix of flavor and abilities. The Fox Shape feat would be perfect for the Kyuubimon digivolution, but I'm not sure where to go from there. Any idea what spells, bloodlines, mysteries, etc. I should take?

I think this belongs on the advice page more than the PFS page.

However, I think your best bet would be a summoner, who is Renamon's pokemon trainer (or whatever they call the same thing in Digimon). You would get an edilon that would literally evolve as you gained levels, that could look like a crazy digial fox, or whatever you like. You could even shout out "Reamon, I choose you!" when you summon it, or whatever the equivolent in Digimon is.

Link should be fixed now, thanks. And yeah, I kind of realized after I finished the post that it was more suited to advice, but I'm planning this for PFS so that was just where I put it.

As to the summoner thing: I'm trying to make the actual digimon to play as, and I've never had much fun playing summoners anyway. I prefer to have my PC be fun, not the PC's pet, and I've not yet come up with a summoner build that interests me without the eidolon.

As a side note: Can I use the Fox shape feat to become a Large fox? After looking at the feat, I think it can only be used to turn into a standard Tiny-sized fox.

I'm pretty sure you're limited to tiny size.

Maybe play a kitsune druid? At higher levels she could wildshape into larger foxes, assuming there are stats for larger foxes somewhere. Or maybe just shape into wolves, and ask your GM if it is okay if your wolf form looks like a fox. Might run into the reskinning problem in PFS, but I don't really see how it could be that much of a problem.

A post in the PFS board asking if it's a problem if you describe your wolf shape as a fox probably won't get moved to conversations.
