About two weeks ago the typical hold charge appeared on my monthly statement then promptly disappeared. To date my account has not been charged for the January subscription and all it says on the "My subscription" page is "currently pending". Did you somehow forget about me?

We placed an authorization on your payment method when we spawned the order on 01/18/13. An authorization checks that there are funds available and that the account is valid. If we aren't able to finalize the charge within a set amount of time, the authorization expires. Most banks list authorizations as "pending" charges and place a hold on the amount while the authorization is open.
This particular subscription run we had a double hit of having a lot of products being released and short 4 day work week, with the added bonus of adding the kickstarter rewards to many subscription shipments.
Our warehouse is still shipping orders out as fast as they can. Currently the estimate is to have all the orders out the door by Friday, Feb 1st (possibly Thursday Jan 31).
