I was wondering what exactly I would need to do to exchange a mini I recieved damaged? I ordered a Pathfinder Battles prepainted mini of Vale Temros the other day that I got in with one of the feet not attached to the base I would like to exchange. What exactly do I need to do to go about swapping him out? Thanks.

I'm not in customer service, or in any way affiliated with Paizo, but I've received a few minis like this, and in my experience a few dabs of cyanoacrylate (Super Glue, Crazy Glue, etc.) is a painless, fast, effective fix.

What do I do if a miniature(s) in my case arrives broken, missing pieces or is otherwise defective?
Wizkids Support is taking care of Pathfinder Battles Miniatures issues. Their website is: http://wizkidsgames.com/support/
At this time, Shattered Star minis may or may not have been added to their replacement list. Wizkids is a surprisingly small company so it does take them a bit to get up all the new minis into their replacement system.

I have the same problem, and I think I'm more than capable of fixing the dragon with some glue - one of his horns was broken off when I got it at my FLGS, and all three that they ordered were broken in the same way.
To me this is more of a "principle of the thing" issue. If I'm going to drop $39 on something, it shouldn't be broken coming out of the box. I've heard good things about WizKids customer service, so I'm waiting patiently for them to get their site updated.
