I got my minis in the mail today but unfortunately the Promo Gargantuan Blue Dragon has two of his horns broken off. I went to WizKids website but if you do a request replacements, there is no option for any of the new set of minis. There also doesn't seem to be any way to contact them either.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about resolving this?

For the record, I bought one at a FLGS this week, and one of the horns was broken. They were kind enough to allow me to exchange for a different one, but all three of the ones they had were damaged in exactly the same way. There seems to have been either a casting problem or a packaging problem with the Blue Dragons.

As Feegle posted, I noticed they have the shattered star mini's up now, but no listing for the blue Dragon. It's really frustrating that they list to way to contact them.
I agree, it is quite annoying.
WizKids is not a small company, you would think they would have some sort of means to actually contact them.
