Another Magic Item Creation Question

So I would like to create a wondrous item, perhaps a collar or disk or something that when activated gives me a permanent unseen servant (as per the spell). Unable to find an item that does this and looking at the magic item creation rules it seems that it would cost 2,000gp to make it.

1 Caster Level x 1 Spell Level x 2,000gp for permanent / use-activated = 2,000gp.

Just to check, is this correct?
