Hey there guys ^.^ here I tryed to correct it the best I can.
I recently read kingmaker ap and totally fall in love whit it. But I was not realy entertained by the idea of the pc's fighting whit bandit. In all of the previous Ap I was the game master its was humain bandit, humain pirate or humain cultis so I decided to make a homebrew story using kingmaker basic rule for kingdom and mass battles in a huge story where my pc's hate me mheu ha ha ha ha so here the detail.
I made it thats they encounter a band of bandit elf. Well its what they think. In fact those are drow scout under the influence of a drow spell called (Ancestral regression page# 107 of the advance race guide) thats make them turn into normal elf for a days also hiding their alignement. But for the need of the story. I made 5 ruins in the map thats are beacon thats transform all the willing drow whit the required tatoo into normal elf as long as they stay in the area. So they gona have to fight against a lot of elf enemy while exploring the new map i drawed. Its almost the same as the map in the kingmaker book but i placed a huge lake in the middle its taking 36 kms by 48 km. Its will be a realy important part of the third part of the story. In the first part its about the same as in kingmaker original ap they got to explore the ¨new¨ green belt as the chart says. but are confronted whit evil elf I realy want to know how they going to handle the elf thats they all love.
I will try to put more detail on the rest of the story because after part 2 its sightly change from the original kingmaker
ps: im realy sorry for my poor english its a segondary language for me im trying to corect the more I can. also if you know a good ways to auto correct the text online i will gladly use it.

RE: Text correction: Firefox web browser comes with a built-in spell checker; right clicking on anything with a red squiggly line under t will bring up a list of correctly-spelled options to choose from. you can download it from Mozilla. If you're already using Firefox but the lines aren't showing up, you can right-click on a text field and go to "Check Spelling" at the bottom to turn it on.
RE: your changes:
The main question I'd ask is what is your party's current stance on elves? Are any of the PCs playing elves? Do any players have a reason to hate elves - not Drow, normal surface elves specifically - in their backstory?
I think, unless they already hate elves OR they don't know any elves (none in the party, never encountered any in their past, etc.) and assume this group is representative of the entire race, that they'll just assume this group is a bad bunch. If they have a caster, they will probably be using detect magic to search their bodies for magical treasure, and will notice the tattoo and the enchantment connected to it. Once they identify the magic, they might be able to figure out what's going on.
Otherwise, the only thing that I think would need heavy alteration would be the stuff at the Stag Lord's Keep. Primarily, Akiros. Is Akiros a Drow in disguise too? If so, why does he turn on his boss and help the party? (Or are you scrapping that part of his actions entirely?) How does he keep his Drow identity a secret? Or does he reveal himself and hope they don't kill him because he helped them?
Also: Why haven't the other Drow in the keep back-stabbed the Stag Lord in his sleep, as he's obviously becoming a drunkard and a wreck? Any one of them - especially Dovan - would probably want to be the new boss and would take the first opportunity, and Drow would respect someone who cut a weak leader's throat in their sleep, rather than being personally loyal to him like they are as humans.
Otherwise you shouldn't have to change much.
