I am playing a dragon compendium mountebank. Recently he managed to get out of his contact. He has found a current patron and supplier of power for his mountebank abilities but I was thinking now that he is free of good old Mephi he has now started to think about the gods and religion he might start to worship a good or neutral god and that god might act as a power source for his abilities.
I was wondering if any of you had suggestions? At he moment he is N with leanings towards NG and deception and trickery to place a solid blow whether socially or with a rapier is his preferred method of operation.

Considering whose grasp he's escaped, Cayden Cailean seems a decent fit. If you're looking for a patron that isn't quite on a deific level, Cayden's herald Thais has a similar history of escaping from Hell, minus a wing. Both are CG though.
Sarenrae's focus on redemption may be very appropriate as well, considering the character's turn.
It won't be out until February or March, but Chronicles of the Righteous might present a fitting Empyreal that fits your character's history a bit more.
She's not quite celestial, but Sivanah may be worth a look as well.
