Not only your caster level, but your casting stat and gains bonuses from class abilities and feats, and can be metamagiced. There's quite a bit of difference between a DC25 Persistant Suggestion from a fey sorcerer's PoSK that lasts for 10 hours and the DC14 one that lasts for 5.

That's a good point, but scrolls have a set caster level. PoSK use your own caster level.

That's why I keep advocating for Mnemonic Vestment :)
