Would you guys help me make a powerful elven race with the lore of the Eladrin from the Wizards of the Coast D&D? Also making a kind of high humans (Kardian) and high dwarfs (Durien or Durian, I'm not sure yet).
It is for a campaing about the begging of time on a long forgotten kingdom that dates before the prehistoric Era. A high racial point build is permited, and might be desired. Coment pls!

I think that the best representation for 4th edition-like Eladrin in Pathfinder would be creating Elven analogue to drow noble race and associated drow racial feats.

Why not import them directly? There's little to change.
Their speed becomes 30ft.
They need Sylvan as a language in addition to their usual common and elven, because that's how pathfinder does things.
Their Arcana and History bonuses change to Knowledge (History), Knowledge (Arcana) and Spellcraft.
Their extra 4E class skill probably equates best to an extra skill rank each level in Pathfinder.
Trance works as written, except that it needs to give you the benefit of a full 8 hour rest, not a 6 hour extended rest.
You'd need to change their Fey Origin to the Fey creature type.
Fey step could become a supernatural ability and teleport them 25ft. You could make it work a certain number of times per day, but there's no reason why it can't just be given a 5 minute cool-down instead.
Obviously that's a lot more than a normal race gets, so you'd have to start a level below the rest of the party if you were to play it.
