Lost Society ID Card

A player of mine recently told me that he hasn't registered his prgen society number. Since I've given him his number, I've reserved 10 more numbers, and lost the pdf of the original numbers. Is there anyway to recover the confirmation code for his number?

if he hasn't created an account just have him create it then go edit your reporting of it to reflect his actual number.

There's no way to recover those numbers. If you've already reported scenarios under the old number then you can give him a new number and they two can be merged.
