Orders not recieved...

Hello Paizo,

Just to inform you that I have not yet recieved my orders from November... Order 2302440 and 2302441 (and 2353182, but that was shipped last Monday, so no biggy) have not arrived yet and I'm getting concerned.

Still, I'm aware that there may be a certain lateness due to the Holidays and such, so I'll wait a bit more. I'll keep you posted of anything I recieve.

This was just to inform you guys... Any other folks have problems getting their November stuff in Canada/Quebec?

No issue cropping up that we can tell. Lets give both packages until December 21st to arrive, if not we can set up replacements for both at once. In the meantime, you may want to double check your shipping address and check in with your local post office/customs office to see if maybe they are holding the package.

Update:

I just recieved the first part (11 books of 12) of order 2302441 in the mail today.

There just may be light at the end of the tunnel...

I just recieved he last book (12th of 12) of order 2302441, so that order is complete. :D

Still nothing though on order 2302440, which was shipped mid-november. I'll wait a few more days.

Ok... December 21st has come and gone... Still no sign of order 2302440, from early november.

I've set replacement copies to the books in the missing order to your sidecart to be shipped to you with your next subscription shipment. Thanks again for your patience while we gave your original package time to arrive.
