I've unsuspended everything and set up order 2357579 for you. You had plenty of store credit to cover everything and after it ships you'll have $13.50 to spare.

Please double check confirmation email though when we ship. There was some weirdness with the prices for Black Friday items and while I have them all set now, I am worried they might try to revert back again.
