Hi, two quick things:
First, is there a problem with my order? It was placed on the 18th, but it still seems to be pending. I'm more curious than anything.
Second, when the deluxe, ultimate, awesome RotR book ships, is my card charged at that time? I remember that it was "authorized" back when I placed the pre-order, but I'm not sure if it was charged then or what.

Order 22636057 just shipped today about a half hour ago. It was waiting on a couple items from our distributor.
We have not charged for the Runelords book yet. If you're wanting to have a bit more control over when we charge you, you can always get a paizo.com gift certificate (which is charged for right away) for the amount of the order and redeem it on your own account, let us know the order number and we can apply it to the book.
Additionally, I noticed when you placed the order you didn't have the Adventure Path subscription, so now that you do, the order is going to be about $30 less than your original email confirmation says.
