I recently started a new monk, and LOVED the Master of Many Styles archetype, although I don't really like the loss of Flurry of Blows. This is a series of 3 feats that can be taken as bonus style feats, as per the Master of Many Styles monk archetype, or any other classes that allow style feats to be taken. It was inspired by Wing Chun. This is my first homebrew attempt at anything, really, and I feel it provides a great, balanced way for a monk to recover attacks lost by taking any archetype in which they lose their Flurry.
Style of the Repeating Fist - Requirements: Improved unarmed strike, BAB +6, Combat Reflexes, Dex 15+ - After successfully striking an opponent twice in a row with unarmed attacks while using Style of the Repeating Fist, you can make a Repeating Strike against them, which is made as an unarmed strike, only at a -5 from the attack triggering this feat, and it is not effected by any bonuses to damage from any source, including stat modifiers, enhancement bonuses, and critical hits. (Monks still deal their normal monk damage, as that is not a damage enhancement, more-so just their fists being treated as a weapon dealing x damage)
Harsh Repercussions - Requirements: Style of the Repeating Fist, BAB +8 - Your Repeating Strikes now deal damage as normal attacks
Repeating Fist Mastery - Requirements: Harsh Repercussions, BAB +11 - Your Repeating Strikes are now merely treated as a free regular unarmed attack for all purposes, and can trigger further Repeating Strikes, incurring an extra -5 on attack rolls for every successive strike, to a maximum number of strikes equal to your dexterity modifier
I hope you all like this :D
