What does a 'feat' typically cost when granted by an item?

Very roughly, 5000gp. But it varies a lot, and in some cases will be broken at much greater prices.

For example, Skill Focus can be approximated by a masterwork item for 50gp, or a magic item that gives a competence(?) bonus for a few hundred. Conversely, Gauntlets of Greater Penetrating Strike would be 20k and up. And Underpants of Prone Shooter would be worth 2cp.
