Ok This has to do with My friend and me running a Weird West/Weird War style campaign.
The Problem:
We want to include Firearms that offer increased capacity. Such as a Rifle with a Capacity of 8. We are trying to figure out a good way to price such weapons.
Current Solutions:
We are thinking:
-Keep the prices the same. <My thought>
-Add 100gp per point of increased capacity to UC's prices.
-Add 500gp per point of increased capacity to UC's prices.
Please give us some of your feedback.

The thing is the Double Barrel also allows you to fire both barrels at the same time. These increases won't. Plus these are nothing but Advanced Firearms. Like a Henry Lever Action or a Mosin-Nagant.
EDIT:
Using your increases here is what I got.
4 round Capacity Rifle: 8000gp (800gp after the decrease for availability)
that is a 3000gp(300gp) increase for the simple increase in the time needed between reloads.
The 100gp increase makes this:
Cap 4 Rifle: 5300gp(530gp)
This is a 300gp(30gp) increase.
This fits the fact that the parts to turn a Single Shot Sliding block rifle (Earliest mass produced metal cartridge rifle) into a 5 round bolt action rifle costs about 75 USD if you take it to a good Gunsmith.

You do realize that the shotgun is an advanced firearm right?
So rifle...5k
+3 rounds 6k
Reduction for availbilty makes this 1100 GP for a 4 round cap rifle.
If you reduce the capacity to even 1k for the fact that you can't "shoot out both barrel" (which mechanically makes very little difference as your looking at arms that can do iteratives now)...your still looking at 8k...which is 1k more then the pepperbox rifle, but you'd have less misfire chance.

You do realize that by picking up the Rapid Reload feat you can make Iterative attacks.
This just allows a lower level person a similar effect in exchange for an increased cost (negligible for the NPCs that will be using them at some point).
I also realize I placed my vote for the wrong option...
Rapid reload makes it a move to reload a pistol and a standard to reload a rifle. Neither of which alone allows for full attacks. cartridges drop this down to a free for pistol and move for rifles...so you still need increased cap for full attacks with rifles without class features.

Advanced Firearms are a Move Action to reload to full capacity.
Rapid Reload decreases the move action to a free action.
