Hello!
This may be nit-picky, but I thought I would make a post one here and see if anyone else is having this issue, and if it can be fixed somehow.
I went to my FLGS and played at our weekly Patfinder Society event. The event cooridinator then reported the event, but reported it incorrectly.
I had played Quest for Perfection Part 1, and she reported that I had played Quest for Perfection Part III, which I had played the week before. The session report then showed an error, stating that the player had alread received credit for that scenario on X/X/X date at X event.
I talked to the coordinator, and she had the Venture Captain fix the report, so it now correctly says that I played Quest for Perfection Part I on that day. Unfortunately, that did not make the error message disappear, and it still says that I had already played the scenario.
I have tried to report the problem on many occassions with no response, and I have talked to the Venture Captain, who told me he has no idea what else he can do.
Can someone here please help?

I had this problem recently with a couple of events from a convention. I wound up having to go into the player's previous event (the first time it was played), changed the character number, save the event, change the character number back, and save it again. This forced the system to re-read the play history and cleared the error. (Note: I did not change the PLAYER number, just the CHARACTER number after the dash. Changing the player number number could cause problems on another player's reporting and should be avoided.)
It looks to me like the system only updates the error messages when certain changes are made, so the trick is figuring out which variable needs to be changed to get things to display properly. :)

I had the same thing happen to me. The way it was fixed for me was to delete the whole entry for the event and reenter it under the correct scenario title. I think that the system does not recognize some changes in an entry once it has been made.
