Good evening:
I purchased the Pathfinder Zobeck Gazeteer at Gen Con (order #2196242). Tonight I was checking through all my downloads and updating my Nook Color and Ipad when I discovered that the download I received was for the OGL version. I double checked my bookshelf and I have both the OGL and PF print version, so I know I bought the PF version at Gen Con this year because I had bought the OGL version quite some time ago.
Is there any way I can get the PF pdf link and remove the OGL pdf link on my account? Sorry it took so long for me to realize the error but I tend to do my downloads in batches when I get time, and tonight was the night.

I can't actually find an older order for the OGL or the PFRPG version. If you can find an order number for me, let me know. Otherwise, perhaps you purchased it from a retailer other than Paizo?
I've switched the Gen Con order to correctly display the PFRPG version. I've removed the OGL version from your My Downloads page and the PFRPG version should be there instead.

Sorry, Sara: I didn't mean for you to go looking for an older order. I bought the OGL print copy signed from Wolfgang himself a Gen Con or two ago.
I just meant that when I looked yesterday I would have realized I didn't buy the PF version this year at GC because I would have had two OGL versions on the shelf, instead of one of each.
That's why I knew it must have been entered into the computer incorrectly as an OGL version in August at the booth; because I had the PF print version.
If you need to charge me for the OGL pdf, go ahead, but I plan on deleting the version I downloaded yesterday because I only use PF now.
