So I'm wondering how far I should take the bias and distrust towards the pcs? The party has a drow, a catfolk, an orc, a damphir and a half elf, so not only are they outsiders, but strange races too. So I realize the bigger cities aren't going to as bias, but all these small rural towns are going to react differently. Do I just raise prices and increase the difficulty of skill checks like the trust chart in HoH or be meaner? Just looking for some advice on this, thanks in advance.

The half-elf may be ok in Ravengro especially if he looks more human than elf. As for the rest of that party....
I would have the townsfolk be wary of the drow and catfolk. Considering the rarity of these races the townsfolk may truely have no idea what to do with them or how to interact with them. The children in town may view them as curiosities and actually attempt to interact with them.
The orc is going to have some serious problems just because they are an orc especially that close to Belzkin. The damphir I just don't know.

I'd say the dhampir is slightly better off than the orc until someone recognizes what he is. If someone does I'd guess there's a mob no matter what the score may be.
All in all I'd go the short route, tell the players their PCs got burned when they tried to enter the town and they should make chars that fit better with the AP. Or at least tell them that's what would happen if they tried to run the AP with that party.

The orc will probably involve lots of angry people, screaming kids, and the sheriff + deputies following him around. I hope the orc character's player doesn't expect to actually interact with townsfolk.
For trust, I'd suggest something where you track the trust score as usual, but apply a penalty to interactions based on who is involved. If the orc is present, treat it as X-10 (though not actually down to angry mob). The catfolk and drow are X-5. The half-elf and damphir are straight X. If they figure out the damphir, he gets to be -5 and the actual Trust level should drop because the party was being dishonest.
Apply the penalty if the offending character is present, not just if they are talking.
Now, you can reduce the penalty as X gets higher. So when X hits friendly, maybe the penalty is only -5 and -2. Then at trusted it is -2 and -0. It means the orc is still feared, but the party has shown itself as peaceful and helpful, so they aren't as bothered by it.

Well orc and dhampir are allowed according to the players guide. The orc has a full helm to hide his face. The dhampir is a cleric of pharasma, and the drow is a paladin of pharasma (don't ask). The catfolk is a cat burglar uses disguises. And the players guide said to be original with characters to represent the professors career of adventures. So I'm not going to punish them for doing it.
