I'm currently GMing for a group including 1 experienced PFS player and several others with experience ranging from "some 3.5" to "never roleplayed." The experienced player has a second level character she assembled from First Steps GM credits. For their first game I ran them through a season 0 scenario, and due to time/organization constraints had them all use the same faction as the experienced player. For the second, I'd like them to pick their own factions (thanks to the new 1st level retraining rules).
What I'm looking for is a season 3 scenario, so there will be missions for the actual factions they chose. Can anyone recommend some with good faction missions in them?

3-01 The Frostfur Captives has the potential to be loads of fun if the players can role-play at all and you thoroughly prepare it. I wouldn't classify the faction missions as anything special, but if they want to do more than just hack n' slash, its a good one.
Faction missions run the gambit of quality just like scenario stories. Finding one where all 10 missions are awesome is unlikely. My advice would be to sell the theme of each faction rather than focus on a specific mission or two.

It's probably not a good idea to run scenarios based on whether they have a good faction mission or not. There are several good scenarios with crappy faction missions and vice versa.
I personally liked the faction missions in 'Quest for Perfection 3', but some people found them confusing.
From season 3, I liked the Frostfur Captives, Quest for Perfection series, and Sewer Dragons when I played them.

Yup, goblins, RP with a troll, a mini Babayaga hut :)
It is also short enough to let you explain rules, tactics and lore to new players within the 4-5 h timeframe.

Godsmarket Gamble: Good RP scenario, good mix of challenges and fun.
Quest for Perfection series is also interesting, particularly the last one.
One I have mixed feelings on is Temple of Empemeral Enlightenment. It also is a good RP scenario. However, it there is one haunt that deals with a mature situation
