Nualia... Leveling Her as a divine scion

Sooo, im currently running ROTRL for the first time (Having a blast!) while also planning for the future of the game i hit a snag. I have a pretty good idea nualia will probably survive the PC's (beaten and bruised).

I was thinking i like the idea of her being a divine scion, however, i also noticed she is ten, ten! skill ranks away from that prestige class, and she only gets a maximum of 3 skill ranks a level.

I would like her to make an appearance in the second part of the campaign, and i would like to add the half-fiend template (and eventually make her into a succubus, it just sounds fun! 3:) ) anyway...

I guess all im asking is for some ideas... or clarification on how high i can actually make her for the second one without getting too crazy.

I'd imagine it depends on when you're trying to reintroduce her. I mean, getting three or four levels in the same time the PCs are gaining three or four levels isn't too insane.

I wouldn't really worry about the skill ranks too much. If it bothers you, consider moving around her existing skill ranks some. She should be able to get there in just a couple levels, but as soon as you're applying stuff like the half-fiend template, you're sort of off the "character class" path anyway. I'd just not worry about it.

You could adjucate a higher point buy for her and raise her int 2 points for more skill ranks.

Agreed. She's a major villain, after all, so a 20-point buy isn't unjustified.

I made a CR 17 version of her to include at the beginning of "the Spires of Xin-Shalast" in a custom series of event. Basically, Mr.K brought her back to life (via wish) and trained her as his apprentice (sith-style). In my game, she'll come back as an Antipaladin 3 / Cleric 5 / Divine Scion 10. Did I mention she's a mean one?
