Wizard cantrips?

On the 081712 playtest the wizard can only cast/know 3 cantrips? Can he get more? This is a change from previous playtest?

High Elves get another cantrip. The Magic-User specialty gets 2 more.

Interestingly, you don't have to be a wizard, or any caster class to get these.

It the same number as in first playtest - the 1st draft wizard had 3 cantrips as a 1st level wizard, 2 more cantrips for Arcane Dabbler feat (Magic-User Theme) and 1 more as a high elf.

I hope there will be way of getting more cantrips than that, however.
