Sanctified / Corrupt Spells from 3.5

Hey all, just wanted to see what the PF community thought about using these kinds of spells in PF. For those who forgot what books: Book of Vile Darkness and Book of Exalted Deeds.
Thoughts?

Lots of them were very flavorful for their subject matter i don't see any problems using most of them.

BoVD was the first 3.5 book to gain approval in our Pathfinder group. So much flavor, you could water it down and it would still taste like fresh, homemade gumbo!

Now, not everything made it over to PF whole-hog, but most of the spells, feats, and gear have shown up in our games.

As for BoED; I like it, but not many of my group is fond of it. I still grab a few select spells, depending on the situation. Celestial Brilliance is one that I absolutely adore. Drow, orcs, and underground dwellers suffer double their bright light penalties, while undead and evil outsiders burn.

I do think some of the exalted spells take too great a toll on casters, though. I know you're sacrificing something of yourself to accomplish those acts, but the payoff for the vile spells is so much better. Killing yourself for some moderate benefit seems silly to me.

Because of the 3.5-> PF power jump, should the spells get a reduced "cost"?

maybe have their levels reevaluated.
