Page 38: Added “Note: Any diseases or afflictions a PC has obtained must be resolved at the table once the game ends as explained in Chapter 5 of this document. “

It seems to me that this note introduces a new confusion, as according to the PRD "Afflictions" include diseases, curses, poisons...

if this is the case this note makes the previous paragraph nearly void.

Grand Lodge 4/5

Diseases: Must be resolved, as in either dead or cured. Even non-Con diseases need to be taken to fully healthy or dead, with a stat at 0 equating to death, since you would start taking Con damage from starvation...

Curses: Resolution can include just keeping it.

Poison: Again, cure or dead, and cure includes the poison running out of pulses without killing the target.

Note: Once the disease or poison is cured/ended, you can hand wave the time needed for non-permanent stat damage to heal.

Second note: If the stat damage is permanent, it either needs to be healed by magic, or notated in the conditions gained section of the chronicle, just like any curses retained.

TL;DR Resolved means that any continuing stat changes caused by the condition have been resolved to either death or healing.
