I'm curious as to whether anybody has tried to use the Conan rpg and pc's and port them directly into a pathfinder game? DR and armour is easy to port using UC but the magic isn't. Has anybody tried using the 2 magic systems together? If so what did it turn out?

Yes, and no. I have run OGL Conan, but I did not port it to Pathfinder.
I have run spell point systems with D&D before.
The times that has worked best have been when either we ported everything over to spell points, or we treated the two systems as entirely separate.
The porting all to spell points worked best.
Also, the biggest issue that I faced in porting in spells, etc. was ensuring consistency.
Best to write things out.
